Borealis came to my rescue during winter storm URI. From mitigation to restoration, they exceeded my expectations every step of the way. The entire highly skilled team has been professional, caring, helpful and easy to do business with. Great communication and superb work ethic are the main reasons I recommend and refer them. Five stars for Borealis Custom Construction. As with many people who suffered freeze damage this winter, we were desperate to find someone who could complete the needed repairs at a reasonable price and with professional results. Fortunately, we found Eric Leffler and Borealis Construction. They coordinated their job start with the end of the work by the remediation company and developed a process that got us back in our house quickly while additional repairs were still being completed. They recommended reputable vendors for things like cabinets and maintained good communication with us throughout the process. They had a project supervisor on-site at least three times a week to make sure the work was proceeding according to our agreement which really enhanced communication and provided updates for us on project progress. Perhaps best of all, Borealis was able to communicate directly with my insurance company to get me reimbursed for the full cost of repairs less my deductible. The initial estimate for the scope of the work was about one third what the actual cost of repairs was, so it took someone who could communicate effectively with my insurance company as to why additional repairs were required to make sure I was fairly compensated. Eric was able to do this. I have already referred two other family members to Borealis.

Borealis is the best contractor I have ever used, hands down. I had a leak that left a chunk of my house in shambles with water damage, and they not only fixed me up, but did an awesome remodal on my bathroom! The whole team is awesome to work with- they really go above and beyond. I cant wait to have them back over to upgrade the rest of my house to look as good as that bathroom!

Borealis responded VERY quickly and was SUPER professional! Contacted them at 630 in the morning to see if they could install a kitchen sink, faucets and two toilets. All was done by 430! They even helped me select and pick up the fixtures! I 100% would recommend thier company!

We had a hose break in the spare bathroom that went from the wall to the toilet. It did water damage in that room, the hallway, a study off of the living room and some water seeped into the living room as well. We contacted Borealis for the contract work. I am a widow for 12 years and I did not want to deal with my insurance afraid that they would take advantage of me. I asked the team at Borealis to handle that part for me and they did a wonderful job on that. At first my insurance thought my minimum deductible would take care of it. Keep in mind COVID19 was going on and an adjuster could not come to the house. In the end Borealis steeped up told them everything that was wrong and needed to be fixed and they accepted their quote with some adjustment to it. My house was repaired in a timely fashion and the whole team was great that came and worked on my house.

Borealis helped us out with a number of repairs required to our home for a corporate relocation. They were very responsive, well organized and met all of their commitments. The crew were respectful and courteous. Everything was done to our satisfaction and quickly. When the work was done Eric returned to do an inspection of the work and make sure we were happy. I would recommend them without reservation!

Absolutely enjoyed working with these guys. Eric, Shaun, and Stephen helped getting my house sorted out. They replaced my toilet, fixed some dry wall issues, and installed some granite countertops. Would definitely reccomend this company to anyone who is looking to remodel or even build on to existing projects.
